Gothic Horror Location
In the early Gothic Horror novels the environments are different to 'The Curious case of Jekyll and Hyde'(Robert L Stevenson) novel I have chosen to do my character on. In Stevenson's novel it's set in London talking about the sinister maze like streets of London, comparing this to an earlier gothic novel 'Dracula' and 'CAPOTES' novel, where their environments are set in the mansions and castles and hardly got to see the outside scenery. Stevenson merges the inside with the outside and keeping them both just a sinister, and giving the readers the imagination and fears of the Late Victorian London.
